Fit Foundations is an interactive, beginner-friendly community group designed to help you feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in your body. Over four weeks, you’ll learn the essential movement skills that make virtual fitness feel safe, accessible, and enjoyable. Each session blends live coaching, guided practice, and easy at-home “homework” to help you build consistency between sessions.

Whether you’re brand new to exercise, returning after a break, or looking to rebuild your strength and stamina, Fit Foundations gives you the tools, support, and encouragement to move comfortably at your own pace.

And the best part: the learning continues all week in your Fit Foundations Portal, where you’ll find:

  • Short instructional videos

  • Weekly trackers for strength, cardio, and mobility

  • A supportive community chat for questions, wins, and encouragement

  • Resources to help you build confidence week by week
