Over four weeks, you’ll learn the essential movement skills that make virtual fitness feel safe, accessible, and enjoyable. Each session blends live coaching, guided practice, and easy at-home “homework” to help you build consistency between sessions.
Whether you’re brand new to exercise, returning after a break, or looking to rebuild your strength and stamina, Fit Foundations gives you the tools, support, and encouragement to move comfortably at your own pace.
